| Title: Business Systems Analyst |
| Duties: Hash out requirements, manage and maintain agile product backlog, conduct Quarterly Iteration Planning meetings, refine EPICS (features) with business and groom user stories to the IT development team by acting as a liaison between business and IT Development team. Effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers to elicit, document and validate detailed business requirements to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT Solutions. Defect analysis, End to end testing, create requirements and design documents. Tools and Technologies: Python, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure DevOps Server, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Analytics. |
| Requirements: Master’s degree in computer science, CIS (Computer Information Systems), MIS (Management Information Systems), or a related field and 2 years of experience in computer software developing and/or consulting. Will accept a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of exp. in lieu. Will accept U.S. equivalent of the degrees. |
